Dayspring Dairy is a family owned and operated farm located in the beautiful piedmont region of Northeast Alabama. We are the first licensed sheep dairy and producer of sheep milk cheeses and milk caramels in Alabama. All of our sheep are born and raised on the farm and live out their lives on our rolling pastures. We produce both fresh and aged cheeses including Halloumi, Feta, Fresh spreadable cheeses, and aged Gouda, to name a few.
