Chicken & Sweets Southern Yard Bird is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Ricky & Stacey Battle, established in March 2016. All of our jams and preserves are made in small batches in our restaurants commercial kitchen located in Prattville, Alabama. We take great pride in our products using the best local seasonal ingredients as much as possible. Our goal is to create unique flavor combinations of jams and preserves making sure our customers get the very best.
