BEER GARDEN TICKET INCLUDES: A 12th annual commemorative glass (13 oz Belgian), 50+ craft beers to sample, breweries, homebrewers, Special Casks/Firkins, Wine table, Beer Snacks, Football Games of the Day on Mr. Mancave’s killer display, plus 2-day Admission to Moss Rock Festival’s 18th year.

Discoveries are the norm at Moss Rock Festival. This one-of-a-kind, outdoor fall weekend welcomes thousands of visitors annually to explore Nature, Smart Living, Art + Design and more as saturated colors settle into the season. In 2023, MRF is taking inspiration from Alabama Tourism’s “Year of Alabama Birding” with special features, exhibitions, partnerships, workshops, school outreach, and a bird-inspired art poster. We invite you to grab friends and family and join us at the Hoover Met Complex as we present an avian-centric 18th year, plus MRF’s favorite signature events below:

  • Art + Design – Moss Rock Festival artists, makers, artisans and designers whose work is inspired by nature, recycling, upcycling, and sustainability, or who work in natural materials like clay, glass, and wood.
  • Nature + Smart Living Market + Sweetery – Enjoyment and appreciation of nature and the great outdoors is paramount at MRF. Connect with nature, wildlife, gardening, plants, travel, adventure, sustainability, preservation, and more. Plus, shop the Smart Living Marketplace featuring products for the home, body, health & more + artful confections and baked goods to sample and purchase from area chefs, caterers, and specialty bakers.
  • Beer Garden – 12th annual craft beer tasting event with 50 brews to taste by breweries & homebrewers, plus special casks, wine, beer snacks, and Mr. Mancave’s killer football display
  • Crescent Stage – live music, dance, and other performances
  • Cafe – local food trucks and other festival favorites serving up good food, drinks, and treats
  • WonderKid Studios – workshops using the observation of nature as a launching point for interactive projects and repurposed play that will entertain, educate, surprise, and challenge the imaginations and creative talents of kids of all ages
  • Planet Projects – a classroom and sculpture project for creative recycling
