Sarah Tanner Art

Sarah has always had a passion for art, music, and nature. Growing up in Alabama, she would split her time between playing piano, sketching, and climbing trees. Today she teaches piano full time at a middle school and creates art in her home studio. Sarah has a B.A. in Visual Art & Piano from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama and a Master of Liberal Arts from Auburn University in Montgomery. While pursuing her Masters, she fell in love with watercolor. This fluid medium led to exploring alcohol ink in 2018. Sarah’s body of work often depicts nature and consists of multimedia collages that she displays in shadow box frames.
