I live in Hartselle, Alabama, a small typical southern town with my wife and three children. I was raised on a working farm, and developed an appreciation for nature early on. Farm life, combined with lessons from Cherokee ancestors instilled an early drive to be creative – taking from nature only what was needed, giving thanks for what was provided, using it to its fullest potential, and returning what was left over to be used another day.
