Lori Frank uses unique methods of re-purposing beautiful fibers into intriguing combinations. Often these works are incorporated into hammered copper pieces which utilize re-purposed metal. She loves how the different textures of the flowing textiles against the hammered shine or verdigris finish of the metal symbolize the hard, the malleable, the tarnished, and the soft flowing things that combine to make our own lives beautiful.
