Landon Fraker

Far Out Arts is the partnership betwen two southern based self-taught freelance artists, Landon Fraker and Courtney Huckaby. As an artistic duo, they have been creating alongside one another for over seven years.

Individually, both have been creative spirits from as early as they can remember. Her interest in art first emerged through dance performances, hand lettering and fashion and his began with music and pressing pencil to paper.

Inspired by nature, music, traveling and everything earthly their artwork features animal life seen through the lense of human emotion and figure work with surreal concepts.

With works most expansive in mixed media; their favorite mediums include ink, fluid acrylic, spray paint, watercolor and collage. Watercolor paper is commonly used to allow colors to remain vivid but undefined, while allowing space to create defined lines with a traditional dip pen in black ink.
