I’ve always loved the properties of glass: the textures, the way light moves through it, the fluidity. Once my children were grown, I was finally able to “play” and begin learning about glass through fusing. My pieces start with an observation about the world around me–one piece began with the curve of a river, another with a flock of birds. Anything around me might become inspiration for my next piece of glass!
