Becoming a potter has been truly my lifelong passion. I bought my first piece while in my 20’s at a campus art sale while in graduate school at Kent State University & have collected pottery pieces of art my entire life. I finally started working with clay about 3 years ago & haven’t stopped since. My studio, Blue Butterfly Clay, is named in honor of my mom, who inspired my artistic side through showing me you can accomplish almost anything you want at anytime in your life.
