If you get tickets to the festival’s craft beer tasting, sit in on one of the guided tastings with Trevor Newberry, beer columnist for Birmingham Magazine. He will be pairing D’Agostino’s sausages and cured bacon (which is the best bacon I have had in a long time) with local brews.
